i saw a cheat engine, idk what it's called but you open it up in cheat engine and it sets the slot machines to always spit out orange weapons with that in mind i'm sure with enough time and experimentation someone can find a way to set loot drop rates using cheat engine personally thats something i what so that i can just open the thing up and tell it to add 10% to all loot drops or something
